On February 13, an unidentified man confronted and indecently exposed himself to two Woodbridge High School students as they were walking home from school. The Irvine Police Department (IPD) has also linked this suspect to recent confrontations on January 17 and February 4, when an unidentified man indecently exposed himself to two young girls. According to University High School School Resource Officer, the IPD has increased its patrol forces and sent detectives citywide. The IPD encourages families to take increased precautions and contact Lieutenant Julia Engen at 949-724-7112 or [email protected] regarding sightings or information about the suspect. For a detailed description of the suspect, visit http://www.cityofirvine.org/civica/press/display.asp?layout=1&Entry=160. Additional information regarding the suspect will be posted soon.
