Cross country had their first league meet on Thursday, October 10 at Irvine Regional Park.
Sarah Stern (Jr.) placed 18th in Varsity Girls, Daniel Brouwer (Jr.) placed 17th in Varsity Boys, Kyra Schmidt (Jr.) placed 7th in JV Girls, and Jeffrey Doan (Sr.) placed 10th in JV Boys. In Frosh-Soph, Eli Tita (So.) placed 8th for boys and Andrea White (So.) placed 15th for girls.
Team member Antor Paul (So.) said, “We’re excited to build up and improve as a team. It’ll be a fun year.”
The team’s next meet is the Orange County Cross Country Championships on Saturday, October 19 at Irvine Regional Park.
