Boys tennis acing every possible set

On Tuesday, February 4th, the University High School (UHS) boys tennis team won against Harvard Westlake High School with a score of 12-6. The Trojans played a very solid game against the visitors, dominating in every set and giving it their best shot until the end.
Captain Eric Tseng (Sr.), said, “We fought and competed hard. I thought it proved our rank even though we lost so many top seniors last year. I think the team is improving as we are getting along. Seeing guys improve their mental game and to take along the responsibility of winning”.
Even though the Trojans lost key players who graduated last year, the Trojans’ strategy and mindset will not change. Arash Hafezi (Jr.) and Konrad Kozlowski (Jr.) managed to assist their senior teammates by taking responsibilities in guiding the underclassmen players. The boys plan to capture the PCL title and the CIF title once again.
