On Thursday, October 9, the University High School (UHS) girls golf team triumphed against Corona del Mar High School (CDM) 230-209 at the Strawberry Farms Golf Club. The UHS golf team is currently ranked second in league. The Trojans’ victory over CDM is both satisfying and rewarding, bringing the team higher in ranking.
Celine Nie (So.) said, “The team energy was high and the positive energy was flowing.” The Trojans worked hard together to ensure this victory. Nie also said, “This is a great victory for us because CDM has been such a tough competitor in league for us these past couple of years.”
