I stand up for what I feel is right, and I know what I believe in.

I think of myself as a symbol of unity and pride.

I stand grounded and firm all day but take a break at night.

I am bright, colorful and distinguishable from others.

I wear stars and stripes, and I am a symbol of hope.

I feel most comfortable in windy weather, when I am able to let loose and simply be free.

I am afraid to touch the ground, and I maintain my stature throughout the year..

I support everyone, from veterans to astronauts on the moon.

I am fixed by others when I am broken.

I am vigilant, I persevere and I stand for justice.

I am a flag.

I stand up for what I feel is right, and I know what I believe in.

We are all flags, varying in size, shape and color, conquering our own battles, wanting to let loose and simply be free.
