Our spirits it will lift;
it will soften any tension.
It could be considered stress prevention.
Find a reason to laugh.
Just look at funny giraffes
or watch a funny show.
Through a transformation you will go.
Read a silly book
and laugh so others look.
Or watch some children play,
it just might make your day.
The most wasted of all days
is one where laughter is delayed.
When life begins to get you down,
please don’t break and start to frown.
So take this wonderful gift
and don’t ever be miffed.
Laughter makes life worth living
so we are always giving
happiness to others.
