I miss you.
The memories we made brought me joy;
the memories we made brought me strength.
You were always there for me when I needed support;
you gave me hope in the darkest of days.
I was always safe and never afraid.
Everything was in place, and I thought it would stay that way.
I miss you.
You have left, but
your presence has not.
You made a positive impact on my life,
and I will always feel that way.
