as her father doesn’t catch her.

Oh, but why? Is this just an accident and her father missed, or is it more symbolic? Why is there a cop in the background of the image? Is this some thin blue line or black lives matter thing in which the father has been killed so he never catches the girl again? It’s sad, that’s for sure.
