University High School (UHS) football continued its positive start of the season with a 37-10 win over Laguna Beach High School (LBHS) on September 12 at Laguna’s home field. UHS is still undefeated this season at 2-0.

Sam Winder (So.). For the rest of the game, UHS continued to dominate with offensive touchdowns from Boudreau and
Hamza Diab (Jr.).
recovered a third quarter fumble in the end zone for a defensive touchdown.

Wes Jordan (Sr.)who powered through LBHS’ defense and rushed for a total of 91 yards and quarterback
with a total of 215 passing yards. Jordan’s hand-offs and touchdown passes helped lead the team to another victory and allowed UHS to escape “The Losing Drought.”
Shayan Noories (Sr.)said, “We’re becoming better every week as a team and I’m proud of our team putting in work every Friday night. But 2-0 doesn’t mean anything yet—we still have a lot to improve.”
UHS’s next game is an away game on Saturday, September 20 against Calvary Chapel.
