When asked how he thought the team performed, Levasseur said, “I’m happy we got our first win. It was important that we won that first game to set the momentum for the season. We know we could’ve scored a lot more though with all of the opportunities we got so we’re looking to put more in during our next game. Overall though, we did what we had to do.”
Fernandez also spoke highly of his team’s first match saying, “This win has us all pumped to win league and move onto CIF. I have high hopes for our season and I know our coaches do too.”
